Meet the APA Family

Christine Saunders, T.I.D.H.A. received her diploma in Aromatherapy in 1994 and immediately began practising privately with clients in Hong Kong. Seeing a need for professional Aromatherapy training in Asia, she began work in 1997 to set up a school that was affiliated and accredited by the leading professional Aromatherapy societies world-wide.

Asia-Pacific Aromatherapy Ltd. (APA) was officially opened in 1999, first as a school offering short courses in Aromatherapy and massage, and later as a centre for professional treatments. The school then expanded to offer certificate courses and an internationally recognised diploma course. Asia-Pacific Aromatherapy now offer these courses in Cantonese and English with flexible times to meet most schedules.

Christine has dedicated her life to sharing her passion and knowledge of essential oils. As a therapist, her goal is to support her clients through the healing process. As an educator, her aim is to give students the foundation they need to become confident and competent practitioners.
