Today, as an Holistic Aromatherapist, you need to be a practitioner with training in many areas including chemistry, pharmacology, anatomy, massage, physiology, communication, first aid and pathology. Here at Asia-Pacific Aromatherapy we ensure that you are qualified as a professional aromatherapist with all of these skills and more.

Our diploma course has been formulated after years of first-hand, practical client and workshop experience. Covering 11 components, it is the most comprehensive diploma courses in Asia, and is the only one available in Hong Kong that is recognised world-wide by many prestigious aromatherapy associations, like ATMS, IFPA and NAHA. Completion of the course enables you to become a confident and competent Aromatherapist, providing you the skills necessary to establish and run your own practice.

The Course Structure
The course has been formulated with no short cuts. It is the most comprehensive in Asia, comprising of 378 in-class hours. Combined with your home study hours, you will complete 783 actual learning hours.

The Diploma Course is offered as either a full-time or part-time course:

Entry Requirements
A genuine commitment and interest in learning to help yourself and others, facilitating this with the use of Holistic Aromatherapy. Prior knowledge of aromatherapy or other practical skills are not required for entrance into the course.

Interview Process
Applicants are invited to a "one-on-one" interview with a tutor, where you will be able to discuss, in detail, the individual diploma course components. This will help you to gain a clear understanding of the learning commitment you are undertaking. The interview is an essential part of the selection of applications for the diploma course.
