Short Course MONTHLY SHARING SESSIONS with Christine Saunders
Every Very First Friday Evening We are greatly privileged to have our Honorary Principal Christine Saunders with us once every month to discuss about the properties and usage of essential oils, and to conduct free discussion and sharing among students and graduates about their experience in aromatherapy. Basic Reflexology Worshop
Overview: Basic Refexology workshop will show you the way of feeling with your hands and heart, using your intuition and allowing yourself be guided by the universal energies!
Topics covered: ~ What is Reflexology? Benefits of Reflexology ~ History and origins of Reflexology ~ Reflex zones and Relaxation techniques ~ Reflexology techniques - soft touch, energy work ~ One basic sequence

Who should take this course? Anybody interested in learning basic reflexology in order to treat themselves and learn more about their feet. This workshop is also suitable for students and professionals of any holistic discipline to supplement their learning and daily practice.

ABOUT MONIKA DOBLERMonika Dobler is a Reflexologist and Light Healer who runs her own practice in Switzerland.
Her healing journey has brought her in contact with many different therapies in Switzerland and Asia. Her passion and heart lies "within the feet" and she lets herself be guided by her hands and intuition to find insight into a person’s wellbeing.
She is also one of our diploma course tutors of reflexology under the topic of Holistic Views. She is here in Hong Kong to share her knowledge and to give Reflexology treatments and feet readings.

Addressing Stress Related Skin Problems
Of all the natural ingredients available to us, essential oils have the
greatest potential to address complex skin problems in a whole person
approach. As the mind affects the skin, so does the scent affect the mind
and leads to changes in the skin.
Who should take this course? For individuals interested to learn the effects of essential oils and their potential use as anti-aging agents and in natural skin care. An invalable asset for those who are already working in the field of Health and Beauty or for those who simply love essential oils.
Requirement Participants should have a basic understanding of aromatherapy and essenital oils or have taken Asia Pacific Aromatherapy's Introductory Course.

ABOUT CHRISTINE SAUNDERS, TIDHAAPA Honorary
Principal, Christine Saunders, TIDHA received her diploma in
aromatherapy in 1994 and immediately began in practising privately with
clients in Hong Kong. Seeing a need in professional aromatherapist
training in Asia, she began work in 1997 to work a school to offer
specialist and professional training in aromatherapy. Christine has
dedicated her life to sharing her passion for and knowledge of essential
oils.
Basic Swedish Massage Program with Annie Fung
Overview: Sweddish Massage is one of the most commonly used massages in western civilization today. It is a typically known as a muscle massage, originally used on gymnasts. This massage is great for relief and relaxation for stressed and tired muscles.

ABOUT Annie Fung
Annie Fung has over 10-year professional spa and beauty experience, back to standard of spa ethic and practical education. She is an International certified therapist and lecturer, nutritionist, founder of More Than Skin Urban Spa, HK & spa consultant.
She was invited to hold talks at a number of beauty expositions in Asian Pacific region and has been writing articles on magazines.
